Suffering from pandemic fatigue? Health expert suggest these coping strategies:

  • Talk about your feelings and emotions.
  • Engage in constructive thinking and mindfulness.
  • Stay flexible as recommendations change.
  • Take breaks from the news.
  • Help others who may be in a worse situation.
  • Find joy wherever you can.
