The library offers a wide variety of resources to help our community learn about health and wellbeing. Use the tabs above to find books, streaming videos, articles, and more about each theme.
You're also invited to visit the library to consult with a librarian and/or to "walk" our finger labyrinth! Walking a labyrinth can quiet the mind, open the heart, and ground the body. If you can't stop by in person, check out the library's home page to chat with a librarian if you have questions or would like other suggestions for resources on health and wellbeing.
Are you pulling all-nighters, snacking on junk food, and tearing your hair out from stress? These scenarios are all too common in college, but they don't have to be! The library hosts an online workshop designed to help learn about healthy habits that are proven to better your well-being and enhance your academic and professional success. There’s something for everyone, so dive in and sample what living at its healthiest has to offer.
