It's a one-stop-shop for managing information for projects and papers. NoodleTools projects can be collaborated on by multiple users and also shared. Create informational bundles by collating citations, creating note cards to help you study, attach documents and files to projects, and share them with students or instructors!
Listed below are two ways to sign in to NoodleTools. Other pages of the guide showcase how to use NoodleTools!
You can log into NoodleTools through their sign-in portal using your Microsoft 365 login. This login is tied to your MyPortal - make sure you are logged into your MyPortal!
Clicking on Microsoft 365 will route you to MyPortal to sign in if you are not already signed in (through Canvas, etc.).
Have you signed up for your free Microsoft 365 access? If you haven't please use this page to do so!
The direct link through De Anza can be located here.
As a raw link, it is: https://my.noodletools.com/logon/signin?domain=student.deanza.edu
You may not need to do Step 1, but you may need to do so. Select your college campus, in this case "De Anza College". If this screen does not pop up, continue to Step 2.
When creating an account, select "I am a student or library patron." Access is facilitated through De Anza's Single Sign On (SSO) through MyPortal and Microsoft 365.
If you have a previously created Noodle Tools account - if you used the service prior to now - you can link your existing account to your Microsoft 365 (De Anza's SSO). Enter your existing username in Personal ID and your password in Password. Click "LINK ACCOUNT" and you're done!
If you made an error and only caught it after creation your account, you can unlink your NoodleTools account from your Microsoft 365 access (your De Anza CWID). Click Unlink, then you can go through the NoodleTools account creation again.
