What the Library is and what it offers the campus.

De Hart Library

At De Anza College's De Hart Library, we share the College's commitment to provide an academically rich, multicultural learning environment that challenges students of every background to develop their intellect, character and abilities; to realize their goals; and to be socially responsible leaders in their communities, the nation and the world. The Library engages students in creative and academic learning that demonstrates the knowledge and skills fostered at the College.

Spring 2022: Important Library Policies for In-person Visits

To access the library & its services, you must:

  • Provide proof of vaccination (physical card or digital copy) – This is separate from the upload to Pyramed. Vaccination card will be checked at the door.

  • Wear a mask at all times - Please wear them fully, covering mouth and nose.

  • Maintain physical distance - Adhere to physical distancing guidelines.

  • Leave furniture alone Do not move or rearrange furniture, even if you plan to put it back.

  • Zoom elsewhere – If you need to Zoom for a class, use one of the designated Zoom Spaces in the Campus Center, Advanced Technology Center or Media & Learning Center.
